Tractor wheelmaking jig (free download)
Jason, a Lumberjock member has made a nice SketchUp drawing of a simple wheelmaking jig, which you can download for free. Besides the SketchUp drawing there are also 7 printed pages of the build parts and 2 pages with dividing templates, handy for sticking on to the wood.
